Our photowalks follow established and planned routes to give you the opportunity to practice your technique, take ample photo's and learn something new. Whilst this is not the same as a Photography Workshop which is more structured, you will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions, practice techniques that are unfamiliar, and get guidance as we go along.
The walks are suitable for anyone of a moderate fitness level, but there will be some hills and rough ground in places. You are in charge of what you shoot, but we include lots of advice, tips and tricks, the opportunity to try new techniques & practice skills and receive feedback.
If you are unsure about committing to a photography workshop, then the photowalk will give you a taste of what you could learn on a workshop and to take better photos.
At the very least, you will have spent a few hours making new like minded friends, ambling around the beautiful countryside.
You need no special equipment, bring whatever camera you have, some sturdy footwear and waterproofs just in case. Well behaved dogs (on leads) and children are welcome.
